1. Hanging style

Choose the header that matches the look and hardware you plan to use.

2. Window width

Measure the outside edge of the window frame from side to side.

3. Rod extension on each side

How far should the rod extend past the window frame on the left and right?

4. Height from window top to floor

Measure straight down from the top edge of the window frame to the floor.

5. Mounting point above window frame

Enter the vertical distance from the curtain mounting point to the top of the window frame.

For Grommet and Soft Top, measure from the top of the rod. For Pleated or Ripple Fold, measure from the ring eyelet or track carrier where the hook hangs.

6. Single or split panels

Decide whether you want one panel or a pair that meets in the center.

7. Fullness

Choose how rich and gathered the curtains should look when closed.

For Pleated or Ripple Fold, the ordered width is typically based on the finished rod width per panel because fullness is already sewn into the header.

8. Finished length

Choose where you want the curtain hem to finish relative to the floor.
